    Last week our isi team wrapped up an inspiring two-day sprint with the team at 33A, leaving everyone energized with fresh ideas and new perspectives. The 33A AI Design Sprint™ Methodology proved to be a real game-changer. This approach goes beyond simply adopting AI; it breaks down the complexities into clear, non-technical language and demonstrates how AI can be applied to solve real-world challenges. By bringing together domain experts and tech specialists, the sprint enabled seamless collaboration to unlock the full potential of AI. One of the standout aspects of the process was how it encouraged meaningful collaboration, enabling all participants to align and focus on what truly matters. The innovation potential is immense, and the AI solutions developed during the sprint are poised to make a significant impact. Special thanks to Michael Brandt, Jörg Winterhoff & team for guiding the process, and to StartRaum Göttingen for hosting such an engaging workshop. Recognition also goes to Nils Schönsee for his efforts in driving the initiative!  Exciting times are ahead as these insights are integrated into upcoming projects.     Catching the "Sense" of Innovation in Dublin💡 Yesterday marked Day 1 of Eurosense, and our team had an amazing time connecting with industry friends, partners, and competitors (or people who are sometimes all three at once 🤝). Meeting so many brilliant minds, answering questions, and showcasing what we do was fantastic – plus, we learned a lot ourselves! In addition to catching up with familiar faces at our booth, we explored other exhibits, met new people, and got inspired by cutting-edge tools and technologies—many of which we had the chance to test firsthand. With two more days ahead, we’re excited to continue learning, networking, and having fun with everyone here in Dublin.     Hello Sensory Community,   𝗘𝗨𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗘 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴- and I'm really looking forward to being there with a bunch of isi colleagues!   Let's talk about ways to co-create (y)our sensory future.   I'm thinking in 3 directions: - 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 & 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘆:  Bridging the gap to marketing and branding by integrating approaches like demand spaces, jobs to be done, a holistic view of the product experience journey, etc. - 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀: It's about finding a new balance between pleasure and responsibility. - 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Is our view of innovation still relevant? Does 100% consumer centricity really make sense in times when we need brands & companies to show attitude and leadership towards a livable future?   Cool and challenging at the same time.     Design Sprint to new product concepts 💡    When a large brewery approached Joachim Haag and his team, they already had a great new technology but were missing a product to apply it to.  After just a 4-day Design Sprint, where valuable insights about markets and products were gained and concrete feedback from customers was gathered, a fitting product was found—or more accurately, created by combining two different product categories.     Reflecting on the CSD in Göttingen  Last Saturday, despite the rainy weather, more than 2,500 people gathered in Göttingen to celebrate Christopher Street Day and march for their rights under the banner: "We are here, forever queer." While the numbers may not match those of Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich, it’s important to recognize the significance of these demonstrations in smaller cities. Göttingen and many other cities show that diversity is celebrated and fought for not just in major metropolitan areas but everywhere, which is vital because it is often in smaller cities or villages where people are most afraid to face discrimination by being their true selves. The recent attack on 1,000 CSD participants in Bautzen by nearly 700 right-wing counter-demonstrators is a sad reminder of this reality. Although Göttingen remained peaceful, this discrimination is not just an East German problem—Braunschweig's celebration of CSD saw homophobic attacks and a wave of hate comments online. As a company, we typically take a neutral stance on political issues and respect everyone's right to their beliefs and way of life. However, these events highlight why we must take a clear stance, especially in light of the upcoming elections in September, because it affects the rights and freedoms of every individual.   But it's not just a political issue; it's about being human. At isi, we have adopted this as one of our core beliefs: "We put people first". This means that we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone is not only accepted, but wholeheartedly embraced in their diversity. Queerness is represented and openly lived at all levels of management, up to and including the board of directors, and therefore represented for what it is - a perfectly normal way of life. #Pride #CSD2024 #ChristopherStreetDay

    The method to unlock in-depth understanding of your consumers 🔎 Our Colleague Agnes Wiegand and her team helped a client in feminine care develop the next best tampon for the market by finding the best prototypes via in-depth consumer workshops and a pre-task prior.  But what started as a side dish became the main course: The results from the pre-task, asking women about their relationship with tampons, revealed way deeper insights than our client would have thought. These findings led them to gain a better understanding of their consumers, helping with future developments and communication strategies.
