PHP Back-end Developer for CMS Job Description * A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Shopify and WordPress websites. * Back-end programming such as PHP. * Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, and Liquid. * Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both WordPress and Shopify development. * Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress APIs, themes, plugins, and extensions. * Execute custom theme development, plugin/module integration, and third-party API implementation * WordPress core architecture * WooCommerce and other e-commerce extensions * Customize and extend CMS functionalities to meet specific project requirements. * Integrate e-commerce solutions, payment gateways, and third-party services seamlessly. * Identify and resolve issues promptly, conducting thorough testing to ensure stability. * Debug and troubleshoot complex technical problems with agility. * Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard web applications. * Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant standards. * The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers. * Conducting WordPress training with the client. * Webflow, HubSpot, and Square Space are a plus Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Web Developer. * Strong knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, PHP, and JavaScript. * Experience with Liquid programming is highly desirable. * Understanding of web development best practices and UX/UI principles is a plus. * Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus. * Custom plugins and Shopify private app development * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
