✨ Bringing Regional Companies Together: Highlights from the UVM Frühshoppen 🤝🏼 On October 25th, the Collaboration Campus Holzkirchen hosted the Frühshoppen organized by Unternehmerverband Landkreis Miesbach. Kicking off at 11:00 AM, company representatives from across the region gathered for informal networking, followed by an campus introduction by Claus Simhart from Bosch Engineering GmbH and Severin Roderer from ITK Engineering, who offered exciting insights into our work at the Campus. A highlight of the event was the market stands in the foyer, where we showcased various areas and projects: Johannes Coy presented our business unit medical technology, Andreas Kölsch demonstrated a camera-based posture detection system, Peter Heinrich introduced testing technology, and just in front of our building, Benedikt Schachtner impressed visitors with the "Laddog." The event wrapped up with a delicious buffet and lively conversations. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests—both on our facilities and the inspiring event—made this day a resounding success! 😊 Thanks everyone for joining and a special thanks to Unternehmerverband Landkreis Miesbachfor this opportunity. And last but not least - thanks a lot GenussZeit Catering & Services GmbH for the great food and service. 🤖🩺 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 are among the most innovative, but also the most complex medical devices. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. The more intuitive the interface, the lower the risk of error. In medical technology, this means greater safety, efficiency, and better outcomes. 🎯 To meet these challenges, an interdisciplinary approach is key, along with a structured design process to understand the usage context and stakeholder needs. In his 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗸 our robotics expert Tobias Luksch also emphasized how tools like virtual prototyping or a Usability Lab play a crucial role in testing and refining systems throughout development.
