Liam was one of the first software developers to join ivoflow. After studying at the University of Koblenz, he gained initial experience in software development through a working student position. By analyzing cost drivers, identifying inefficiencies, and exploring negotiation opportunities with suppliers, it is possible to achieve cost savings without compromising quality. Additionally, the cost breakdown serves as a valuable tool in procurement by facilitating comparisons between suppliers. 🏭 Managing an average cost breakdown, which typically includes around 1,000 cells, can be extremely labor-intensive if done manually.
