Future needs origin In 1928, the villa of company founder Albrecht Jung was built right next to the JUNG production. It served as the family home for three generations. Instead of selling it, the decision was made to give the building a new and modern use in the future that would be closely linked to the JUNG company. The idea was to create a new place for communication, togetherness and encounters. The renovation of the historic villa and the addition of a modern pavilion were realised by NGA Nehse & Gerstein Architekten BDA from Hanover as the winner of an open architectural competition. Über drei Generationen diente sie als Wohnsitz der Familie. Statt eines Verkaufs entschied man sich dafür, dem Gebäude zukünftig eine neue und moderne Nutzung zu geben, die eng mit dem Unternehmen JUNG verbunden sein sollte. Es entstand die Idee, einen neuen Ort der Kommunikation, des Miteinanders und der Begegnung zu schaffen. Die Sanierung der historischen Villa und die Erweiterung um einen modernen Pavillon wurden von NGA Nehse & Gerstein Architekten BDA aus Hannover als Sieger eines offenen Architekturwettbewerbs realisiert. 🚀 New ideas for the future: student project with EBS & Maschinenraum How does JUNG become visible for start-ups? And how do relevant start-ups become aware of JUNG? These questions were at the centre of an exciting project that we carried out together with the Maschinenraum and students from the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht 🎓✨ As part of a practical project, the students spent four weeks developing innovative solutions for our collaboration with start-ups. The result? ✅ New impetus for our business development strategy ✅ Exciting research insights & valuable contacts ✅ Fresh perspectives for practice The final presentations were convincing - now it's time for the next phase of implementation!
