Madison Wells from Kiron Digital Learning Solutions and Kathrin Dischereit from Kiron Open Higher Education really enjoyed hearing from esteemed panelists on a variety of interesting topics including gender and medicine, equal access to healthcare, recognition of care work, and the question of how we can use artificial intelligence to increase diversity in scientific studies and improve research outcomes. 🎤 Eva Gengler, Reynaldo Montoya, Vera Schneevoigt, Noemi Woock, Dr. Clara Craesmeyer, Carolin Crockett. One insight particularly stuck with us: "Vielfalt bedeutet Perspektivwechsel" -Diversity means a change in perspective.
