En el marco de la asignatura Entorno Profesional, dirigida por el profesor Pablo Gamallo Belmonte María Jesús ha compartido su experiencia sobre prevención de riesgos laborales y su aplicación en el ámbito industrial. 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐰𝐞’𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨, who joined KOSTAL in 2023 as a Laboratory Assistant in the Automotive Quality Laboratory. His work plays a crucial role in ensuring high product quality and compliance with industry standards. 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨’𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤? Eduardo started at KOSTAL as an intern in Advanced Quality Planning, where he ensured that testing and measuring devices on the production line were properly calibrated. Now, as part of the Automotive Quality Laboratory, he is responsible for testing production samples, prototypes and requested parts for quality validation. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐋? As part of this mission, we launched the first training module of our Leadership Campus "Focus on Self Leadership" in Germany. This module is the first of three in our Leading People Core Journey.   Held on January 28th and 29th, the session brought together leaders from various locations for an immersive experience in self-awareness, personal development and stress management. The interactive format included practical exercises, theoretical insights and the sharing of experiences, equipping participants with tools to enhance their daily leadership roles.   Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting newfound strategies and perspectives that enhance self-management and team leadership. The collaborative atmosphere fostered during the module not only enriched individual learning but also strengthened group cohesion.   Looking ahead, we're excited to continue the Leading People Core Journey with upcoming modules "Empower Your People" and "Grow Your Team." These will offer valuable insights into people development, emotional intelligence, change management and team dynamics.
