❌ You have problems with aluminium spot welding?! ❌ ✔️ Thanks to a recently signed license agreement and KYOKUTOH is now able to integrate the revolutionary and patented MRD technology worldwide into its own products and thus significantly improve the weldability of aluminum.  The electrodes are no longer dressed smooth, but rather groove-shaped. With this dressing, the electrodes penetrate the oxide layer on the aluminum plate. This increases weldability and prevents the electrodes from sticking to the aluminum sheet. One more interesting and important benefit is that you achieve and increase more spotwelds between the tip dressing cycles. For this special electrode dressing, KYOKUTOH has a special milling tool that is used with the new technologies, the CDF tip dresser and the XCD tip dresser-changer combination. This makes it possible to achieve a smooth and long-lasting welded connection on aluminium. ✔️ ℹ️ However, it is important to note that MRD technology is not allowed to be used for the production of full-size pickup trucks for now. ℹ️
