🌟 Post-event takeaways: building a business case for HR initiatives 🌟 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Hotel Hugo rooftop in NYC last week for an impactful discussion on how to prove the ROI of HR initiatives. In the current economic climate, getting budgets approved is more challenging than ever — which is why we were thrilled to have Jill Katz from Assemble HR Consulting and Emma Leeds, M.S. HR (She/Her) from People Function join our own Luck Dookchitra to unpack actionable strategies for success. Here are our key takeaways: 1️⃣ Understand your business context In an era of budget cuts and economic uncertainty, knowing what keeps C-level leaders up at night is essential. Jill and Emma emphasized aligning HR goals with business priorities and building resilience and agility within HR teams to support core business objectives. 2️⃣ Prove ROI with data and impact stories Gathering quantifiable data is critical, but don’t overlook the value of storytelling.
