On Thursday, June 6, 2024, we welcomed the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen (HfWU) to our company with 50 students from the fourth semester of the Real Estate Management course. The students were divided into two groups and took part in an interactive, practice-oriented lecture on indirect real estate investments and real estate debt investment as well as a case study led by our managing partner Burkhard Schlickenrieder. Following the lecture, a lively Q&A session took place, where the students had the opportunity to address their questions and gain valuable insights into our business and alternative debt strategies.
