Prioritizing Mental Health: Every day and Everywhere 💆♂️
On October 10th, we celebrated the World Mental Health Day with various offers and activities for our colleagues around the world. However, at LGBS, promoting well-being is not just a one-day event. That’s why our global teams continue to implement strategies that support emotional and psychological health. Here is how our colleagues in Germany, Krakow, Mexico and Manila keep promoting a positive and supportive work culture:
💡 "We Care" initiative in Germany – We promote mental and physical health with mandatory leader and team workshops along with health activities. For us, encouraging participation is key.
🧘♀️ Yoga, meditation, and dance sessions – Because mental and physical health go hand in hand! Our colleagues in Mexico and Krakow refresh and recharge from time to time with guided sessions designed to keep minds clear and bodies active.
🎓 Webinars & workshops – Our global teams in all locations learn together with regular virtual sessions on various topics, such as stress management or emotional intelligence. These are catered for different focus groups, both mandatory and voluntary, but always impactful!
💬 Lunch & Learn sessions at LGBS Mexico – Casual yet insightful. Our colleagues get together, grab a snack and discuss different topics, including mental health.
💻 Feedback – We’re all ears! Through global internal surveys, we evaluate and tailor our mental health initiatives to meet real needs, ensuring we’re always improving and listening to our team.
🩺 Psychological support – With a health insurance partnership in Germany, a medical package in Krakow, a mental health directory in Mexico, and collaboration with a local psychological consultation service in Manila, among others, our colleagues have direct access and connection to trusted mental health institutions and partners.
