Manova Partners announces the successful sale of Victoria Center, a prime office asset located on Calea Victoriei, Bucharest, to Solida Capital. The 8.600sqm building was originally acquired in 2015 for one of Manovas' multi-investor funds. We were able to fully execute the original ten-year business plan and during this time, the asset has been consistently well-let to a number of high-profile occupiers, many in the premises since the building’s delivery in 2010. “While our second exit in this market once again highlights available liquidity for high-quality assets in Romania, we also remain committed to Bucharest, where we still hold CDG Plaza, a landmark office building, and continue to look for attractive opportunities”, Florian Winkle, Co-CEO at Manova Partners. Last week, Manova Partners had the pleasure to host the 20th edition of its annual Real Estate Workshop at snowy and sunny Spitzingsee an hour away from Munich. The Event brought together: • our trusted investor base, with clients from eleven different investment vehicles being present • market experts from across the globe, providing local knowledge on real estate trends in Europe, the US and Latin America • selected guest speakers from the industry and other key focus areas such as AI and Wellbeing.
