Bavaria in the heart of Baden-Württemberg Our summer party 2024 at Mehrer was a great success! Under the motto "Bavarian", our dedicated trainees ensured a festive opening and lovingly organised the event. We enjoyed delicious food, refreshing cocktails and tasty ice cream. Team games such as beer mug lifting and the plop game added to the fun and team spirit. A self-made photo wall captured the best moments. Each participant received a gingerbread heart and a certificate as a souvenir. A big thank you to our apprentices for the great organisation and to all colleagues for their enthusiasm. Trade fair training for our apprentices 🎓 On the 7th of October, our trainees had the opportunity to take part in our annual trade fair training. Application Training at Sichelschule Balingen 🤝 On 24 and 25 September, our HR Officer Madelaine Dieringer and trainee Felix conducted engaging application training for three year 8 classes at Sichelschule Balingen. The students gained valuable insights into the job application process. After a brief company presentation, they dove into practical exercises: learning the essentials of job applications and correcting flawed cover letters and CVs—mistakes that should definitely be avoided in real applications! 🔍✍️ The training covered: ✍️ Structure and key components of an application 🔍 What matters most in an application 🎯 Tips for a successful application At the end, all participants received certificates for their efforts. Forst Brewery visits the Mehrer Service Academy ⚙️ On 24 and 25 September, we had the pleasure of welcoming two employees from Forst brewery to our Mehrer Service Academy. The focus was on the TZW 70.1 compressor, with which the participants were able to gain both theoretical and practical experience. Under the professional guidance of our experts, the compressor was explained in detail and tested in real applications. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application helped the participants to deepen their knowledge.
