Wow – wir sind überwältigt von dem riesigem Zulauf an Besucher:innen zur Langen Nacht der Wirtschaft! 💛 Als „neu Zugezogene“ waren wir doch etwas nervös, ob viele Menschen aus der Region den Weg zu MENZEL finden würden. Vergangenen Freitag war es dann soweit – und tatsächlich nutzten rund 200 Menschen die Gelegenheit, durch unsere offenen Werkstüren zu treten, Gespräche mit dem Team zu führen und dabei mehr über MENZEL als Arbeitgeber und Produzent von großen Elektromotoren zu erfahren. Unser Geschäftsführer Mathis Menzel führte interessierte Besucher:innen durchs Werk genauso wie unser Produktionsleiter Thomas Dobratz und unser Prokurist Paul Bernhardt. Ihr Feedback war toll - und wir begeistert. MENZEL has two officially accredited, qualified persons who can certify that our motors for explosion proof, hazardous areas have been manufactured in full compliance with the required standards and protection class. 👏  Marcel Conrad, Julian Oh 👏 👌 In addition, our experts now have certified approval that applies to tests after any electrical, non-electrical maintenance or repairs with regard to any part on which the integrity of explosion protection depends (IEC/EN 60079-1 Flameproof). Yesterday, an urgent frame size 630 motor delivery left Berlin for North Africa by plane. ✈ When things have to move particularly quickly, our electric motors sometimes become air freight passengers. Checking in a "passenger" weighing no less than 15 tons in the cargo plane is still always an exciting experience for our logistics department.
