Successful Resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting! ✅ We are pleased to announce that all management proposals were approved at our Extraordinary General Meeting. The meeting marks an important step in our SpexFocus restructuring and transformation program, helping us streamline our governance and accelerate decision-making. Key outcomes include: ▶️ The reduction of the Supervisory Board from seven to five members for enhanced efficiency and faster decision-making. ▶️ The merger of our ESG and Strategy & Transformation Committees into a unified body to ensure a more integrated approach to our strategic goals. ▶️ Resolutions from the Annual General Meeting on June 7, 2024, were all confirmed Our Chairman of the Management Board, Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, highlighted: "Yesterday's resolutions lay the foundation for a forward-looking strategy focused on profitability and cash flow.
