His impressive track record in leading production, driving sales, and successfully managing large-scale transformation processes makes him the perfect fit for this role. His most recent success includes delivering double-digit revenue growth at Safilo Group as Senior Commercial Head of CEE & DACH, alongside his experience in managing multiple production sites at Rodenstock GmbH. This appointment marks a key step in our ongoing transformation and restructuring program, where Thomas will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational efficiency. His leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that are essential for achieving our profitability targets. Today, we published our half-year results for 2024. The first half of 2024 has been a testament to Mister Spex's resilience and strategic direction. We are particularly proud of the 4% like-for-like growth in the German market during Q2, clearly demonstrating that our strategic initiatives are bearing fruit and our customers continue to trust in us. With the launch of our restructuring and transformation program, “SpexFocus,” we have laid the foundation for sustainable, profitable growth. He has also held leadership positions at POSSEHL Mittelstandsbeteiligungen GmbH, where he was responsible for the realignment and restructuring of portfolio companies.
