This week we participated in the career day at the Technology Campus Steinfurt of FH Münster. This gave us the opportunity to talk to students from various departments about possible entry options at our company: be it internships, final theses or as a trainee. We offer various prospects and are always happy to welcome new talents. The mutual exchange was interesting and we were able to have many exciting conversations. Last week, we had a press event here at our new company headquarters in Oelde. In addition to the local mayor and the business development department, we were visited by the newspaper and the local radio station. So the new building is not just an exciting change for us. We proudly presented the final results of the relocation with a tour of our administration building and production facilities. We are pleased that the efforts have paid off and that it is also clearly visible from the outside that we are positioning ourselves more modernly and strategically. Not only is the world constantly evolving when it comes to sustainability.  We at Möllers Packaging Technology (MPT) also take our responsibility seriously. The topic has long been a focus for us and we are glad that we have a sustainability expert in-house in our colleague Felix Bormann, who promotes and implements sustainability regulations in our company. Through regular exchange, we want to develop further, recognize development potential and implement it throughout the company. Recently, Felix Bormann attended a workshop together with the owl maschinenbau e. V. and the Universität Paderborn and was able to actively present MPT as a representative of small and medium-sized enterprises. With our move to a new company building, we have already been able to position ourselves more sustainably: Solar panels, modern systems and charging stations for e-cars. The highest quality standards are a priority for us, and our customers value this. International cooperation is key for us! So it's always great when we have a visit from our colleague from the Singapore office at our headquarters in Oelde. In Terence Goh, we have a competent and committed colleague for customers in South East Asia. The exchange and meeting face to face is exciting and important in many ways. Great news! Recently, we signed a contract extension with our long-term sales and service representative Golden Wing Trading Co.. We are excited about the updated collaboration and the goals we will achieve together. Since many years, Golden Wing is our trusted distribution and service partner in Saudi Arabia. Our customers benefit from this, as they have access to local contacts and immediate support by Golden Wing. Another advantage is the access to professional services for our solutions by Möllers Packaging Technology (MPT) experts, stationed at Golden Wing KSA office. For these reasons, we are happy to announce that our contract has been extended in various areas outside of Saudi Arabia. What’s new? Golden Wing has opened a branch in Abu Dhabi/UAE to strengthen the local sales and service network representing MPT solutions exclusively. Our aim? Expanding our global presence in the Middle East and optimizing response times for our customers. It was great to greet Khaleel Ahamed, Golden Wing Operations Director, at our new company headquarters in Germany and to strengthen our long lasting business relationship. We are constantly working on our processes and want to develop as a team for our customers. Because we know that customer focus and quality start with our employees and processes.
