September is #GynecologicCancerAwarenessMonth — a crucial time to highlight cancers affecting women, including #EndometrialCancer (EC). #MolecularProfiling offers the opportunity to understand the unique genetic makeup of each patient’s cancer. Our collaborative study demonstrates this potential by successfully integrating whole exome sequencing (WES) with our MH Guide software to identify distinct molecular subtypes in EC patients. By analyzing 115 patients, the study emphasizes the importance of tailoring treatment decisions to improve patient outcomes. 🔬 Exciting news! Our latest collaborative study has been published, demonstrating the feasibility of combining whole exome sequencing (WES) with our MH Guide software to identify molecular subtypes in endometrial cancer patients. The analysis of 114 endometrial cancer (EC) patients highlights the potential of our NGS analysis and interpretation software in tailoring therapy decisions more precisely. We look forward to contributing to personalized medicine and enhancing treatment outcomes for EC patients. A special thanks to our research partner and EC-specialist Prof. Dr. med. Dr. h.c.
