When you are named after one of the highest summits in the world, it is safe to assume there is a rich and remarkable history there. Our story unfolds over a century, across three prominent countries, with a firm belief that there are many ways in which one can move mountains. From the start, our love for writing instruments and craftsmanship ran deep. Ignited by a desire to create timeless designs, our first iconic fountain pen was born. Its nib is the tip of our 112 year-long story; and although things started from humble beginnings, they were never ordinary. Crafting our products by hand is one of our greatest pleasures, and we firmly believe in giving every piece a meaning. And it’s not just the fine little touches that stamp our creations as our own. It is every single employee - everyone helps give Montblanc its edge. Every decision, every project and every inspiration contributes towards making our products.
