Meet Jonas, our DevOps Engineer with a passion for efficiency!💡 In just a short time at Motius, he’s been tackling everything from solving tech challenges for the team to automating processes and keeping systems running smoothly. One of the key projects where he stepped up was the TISAX certification, making sure we handle data securely—a task that comes with serious responsibility! Beyond work, Jonas is passionate about TUfast Eco Team, where he helped build an autonomous car that set a world record, covering 2,573 km on a single charge—achieved solely through an efficiency configuration, without the use of the autonomous system. 🏎️🏆 He’s grateful that Motius supports projects like TUfast, giving him and others the opportunity to innovate and push boundaries. Culture Week No. 3 – a week to remember! We started last Tuesday with a traditional Bavarian breakfast (Wiesn vibes in full swing 🥨🍺), fueled our brains with inspiring Learning Lunches, and topped it all off with an unforgettable evening at the Wiesn! But the real grand finale? What’s a Munich company without a Wiesn visit? 🍻Last week, we celebrated Oktoberfest and embraced our Bavarian roots! With colleagues from Serbia and Stuttgart, we spent the day at the Boandlkramerei tent, swapping tech tools for beer mugs. We kicked things off in the office with a toast of Rakija, thanks to our Serbian teammates! 🙌 It’s not just about the drinks—it’s about coming together as a community, one of our core values at Motius.💙 Prost to our Motius crew and to Oktoberfest 2024! 🥨🎉

During our Culture Week, we hosted Learning Lunches, including a session on Test Automation Concepts by our Serbian Motee, Marija Popov. 🤓 She shared insights from her certification, covering: ▪How to decide what to automate ▪The Arrange, Act, Assert approach ▪Assertion strategies ▪Reviewing automated checks and much more… It was a great session that gave us a solid foundation in test automation while highlighting our commitment to supporting Women in Tech and celebrating their expertise! 👩💻
