We are the only weigher with in built calibration weights, the benefits of our load cells are as follows: In built calibration weights, no span weights required, optimises weigher accuracy, no loss of production for calibration. Auto calibration on start up and whilst running, assuring maximum accuracy throughout production. Robust build quality protect the load cell thus minimises the risk of faulty load cells and keeps the cost down on spares and lost time due to faulty load cells. Cast stainless steel front plate to protect the load cell in wet and washdown conditions, conforms to IP69. High accuracy due to in house design, ideal for very low weights down to fractions of a gram. What is particularly important when packing 10 to 12 tons of crab meat? 🤔 Efficiency in the entire packaging line and a minimal give-away! ☝️ This is why the North German company de Beer relies on MULTIPOND. The crabs are fed to the weighing system via a strip. Once at the top of the weigher, the product is first conveyed via the radially arranged feed trays into the prefeed hoppers and then into the weigh hoppers below. ⚖️ The finished, accurately weighed portions are then transferred to the timing hopper and finally distributed to the trays using a customized transfer system. The target weights here are between 100 g and 1,000 g, with a 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟬.𝟱% and a mean value corresponding to the target weight to be achieved. “Accuracy plays an enormously important role for us with such an expensive product,” says Bernd de Beer. “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆.”💪 The entire line runs at an output of up to 68 trays per minute, depending on the target weight and format of the transfer system. Due to the robustness and high reliability of the systems, we hardly need any support from the service department.
