What an Inspiring Creator Summer at Thomann! ☀️ 😎 🤘 Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming numerous #creators, #magazines, and #musicians to Treppendorf. 🇷🇸 As part of the #ThomannCreatorDays, drummer and influencer Kristina Rybalchenko from Serbia visit us, making a stop at the Thomann Campus. Kriss was thrilled to experience the new drum department in our shop and record a few takes at the #Thollywood studios. 🇿🇦 From South Africa multi-instrumentalist and street performer Reinhardt Buhr stopped by during his Germany tour. 🇮🇹 Italian guitarist Danilo Vicari came directly from the #GuitarSummit to Treppendorf to discover the Thomann facilities for the first time and take home some great impressions. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 The mates from guitar.com / NME in England were also our guests, spending two days behind the scenes. 🇫🇷 Our French #team from Audiofanzine had a lot of fun filming quirky quiz videos and interviews.  We were very pleased with all the #visits, especially since some partners from the Thomann #Affiliate #Network were visiting for the first time. #70YearsofPassion, our affiliate team, led by Saskia and Karim, is supporting this special event this year with numerous #international creators, #bloggers, and #mediapartners. 🌟 At Thomann, it's not just about work – it's about community! Our HR team, led by Manfred Specht, continues to create opportunities for colleagues to come together, unwind, and have fun. Recently, the third #Thomann table football tournament was a big success! The lounge in Administration Building 3 provided the perfect setting for a lively evening. Thirty colleagues were randomly paired into 15 teams, each named after music legends like #AmyWinehouse or #OzzyOsbourne. As always, the focus was on enjoyment and #connection. The atmosphere was full of #excitement, with groovy tunes playing in the background and friendly competition keeping everyone engaged. In the end, Team "#Nena" with Reinhold Meißner and Sebastian Kregler clinched the trophy in a thrilling final against Team "#Madonna." Third place went to Team "#DavidBowie," who secured their spot after a fun-filled match. A special shout-out to Hans for sponsoring drinks and to our Facility Management for helping set up the tables. 🎉 Say hello to our new #Apprentices! 🎉 Time flies, and it's already been a month since these #talented individuals joined the Thomann crew at our Treppendorf Campus! Their first week kicked off with a warm welcome at the t.kitchen breakfast, where they got to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. This was followed by a campus tour, where they explored all our departments, getting a glimpse of life #BehindTheScenes at Thomann. 🚶♂️🚶♀️ Day two was all about #teambuilding games, helping our apprentices bond and build trust. The next day, they had the privilege of meeting Markus Neser, our COO, who introduced them to Thomann’s history. They also had insightful sessions with CHRO Manfred Specht and the HR team, followed by introductions to the #GreenTeam and #TrustTeam, led by Richie. 🌱💬 On day four, they geared up for #safety workshops and a #firstaid course, ensuring they’re ready for anything that comes their way. And to wrap up an exciting week, they explored the beautiful city of #Bamberg together, getting a taste of all the local opportunities for when work's done and it's time to unwind. 🌇 That’s how we integrate the newest members of the Thomann family, making sure they start their journey with a strong foundation and feel right at home. Saying Goodbye to the Thomann Campus? Not a Chance! 🎓 14 out of our 18 #apprentices have decided to stay with us after #successfully completing their #exams, a true testament to their passion and #dedication. As Jan Delay once sang when our CHRO, Manfred Specht, took the stage: "All in all, we've got every reason to dance. 💃 🕺 A three-year #apprenticeship at Thomann is more than just training. It’s about moving closer to the campus, building #connections at vocational school, and gaining real-world #experience across various departments. These experiences have not only enriched our apprentices but also prepared them for the #future. Hans shared a story about the first two apprentices at Thomann: "They weren’t sure what they wanted to do, but we guided them through and that’s why we’ve continued to do apprenticeships ever since." Today, we’re proud to have 14 of our graduates who choose to remain part of the Thomann family. All of our trainees came to us out of their love for music and the #excellent training #opportunities we offer. We’re incredibly proud and committed to continually improving our training programs to provide the best environment for future #generations.
