Last week, our NRG team organized an exciting off-site, interactive event for a corporate client in the agriculture sector. Set in a scenic location outside the city, the Happy City game brought together around 90 participants in a single playground—an innovative setup that fostered collaboration and connection like never before! 💡 Typically, we divide participants into separate playgrounds, but this time, we created a shared, dynamic space where everyone could work and play together, sparking creativity and teamwork. Each participant stepped beyond their usual roles, working side by side to build their dream Happy City. More than just a game, Happy City is designed to develop essential business skills — encouraging strategic thinking, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving. We took on the challenge of adapting our processes for this unique format, designing custom activities and objectives to keep everyone engaged, and building valuable skills throughout the day. The picturesque setting, paired with our immersive gameplay, provided the ideal backdrop for personal growth, team bonding, and plenty of fun!
