Yesterday, we brought together a group of passionate HR leaders in Hamburg for deep-dive into mental health at work. Thank you to everyone who joined our engaging discussions in this intimate setting! A big shoutout to Vivi Dimitriadou, Chief People Officer at SPORTFIVE, and Xenia Meuser, former CHRO at RTL Group, for sharing their insights on balancing performance and mental health with our co-founder Jonas. In case you couldn't make it, here are a few key takeaways: 👉 Performance is contextual, and 'high performance' requires individual definition. 👉 Humans thrive on ambitious work. We can offer challenging, enjoyable, high stakes projects - we just need to ensure balance, so they don't lead to burnout. 👉 Leadership is always key to fostering a healthy work culture, and individual needs have to be balanced with company processes. How do we do it? To start, by integrating benefits as a long-term strategy, instead of a crisis response.
