Team Building at #NOFFZ: Stronger Together! 🤝 Two weeks ago, it was time for another #teambuilding event – this time, the Customer Solution Center, Sales, Service and Marketing teams headed to Your Showdown - Dein Game Show Event. in Düsseldorf! We had the chance to showcase not only our knowledge and skills but, most importantly, our #teamspirit. Why are these team building events so important at NOFFZ❔ We firmly believe that strong collaboration is the foundation of our shared success. Regular team events help us strengthen relationships, build trust, and overcome challenges together outside of our daily work routines. A strong team is not only more efficient but also more creative and motivated – and we can feel that in our everyday work. #Teamwork

A year ago, we moved into the #NOFFZCampus, and so much has developed since then.🏦 From the beginning, the building was a shining example of our vision, and today, it’s even more impressive. We couldn’t be prouder to work in this state-of-the-art facility that meets the highest standards. Turning a vision into reality has been the most significant milestone in our company's 35-year history. The construction of our headquarters was a monumental project, not only for us but also for the Tönisvorst region. Spanning over 5,500 sqm on a 15,500 sqm plot, our modern complex houses development, administration, and production facilities, complemented by a spacious garden area. With room to accommodate around 300 employees, the NOFFZ Campus embodies our commitment to sustainability, featuring an energy efficiency standard of EG 40 EE and a full-scale photovoltaic system with a capacity of 400 kWp.

Last Wednesday marked the 10th Run & Fun Krefeld Company Run, and once again, #TeamNOFFZ was at the starting line! 🏃♂️🏃♀️  This event is about so much more than just being the fastest. With the slogan "the team wins," the focus is on shared experiences, promoting fitness, and having fun together. It’s all about fostering a strong sense of unity, which is why we at NOFFZ find this event such a fantastic experience for our employees. Additionally, a portion of the entry fees from Run & Fun goes to a good cause, making the event even more meaningful. A big thank you to the NOFFZ team for their participation, and we can't wait for the next Run & Fun next year!💙 See you at the starting line!

Impressions from 𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰! We look back on this year's ATE China with great enthusiasm. The trade show was a success, offering us numerous opportunities for engaging conversations and in-depth discussions with industry colleagues, experts, and customers. It was a pleasure to welcome so many familiar and new faces to our booth! A particular highlight was Kai Servatius presentation on "RF Validation Test – Challenges and Solutions," which attracted a great deal of interest and many attendees. The lively discussions and numerous questions from the audience demonstrated just how relevant and important this topic is. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and enriched the discussion! Our conclusion: A thoroughly successful trade show with valuable insights and inspiring moments. It was a wonderful evening where we came together in a relaxed atmosphere, fired up the BBQ and enjoyed some cool drinks. As we reflected on the past 35 years, we felt proud to celebrate this milestone as a team.
