Passend zum Auftakt der Immobilienmesse EXPO REAL (Messe München) haben wir nicht nur großartige, sondern auch grüne Neuigkeiten 🤩🌱: NOVUM Hospitality und das innovative Bauunternehmen NXTBAU haben eine Vereinbarung über die Realisierung von zehn Hotelprojekten in nachhaltiger #Holzmodulbauweise geschlossen. Die #umweltbewusst konzipierten Hotels sollen innerhalb der nächsten fünf bis zehn Jahre gebaut und eröffnet werden, insgesamt 2.000 bis 2.500 Zimmer umfassen und im Rahmen der strategischen #Partnerschaft zwischen NOVUM Hospitality und IHG Hotels & Resorts umgesetzt werden. Die Häuser sollen zukünftig von NOVUM Hospitality unter verschiedenen Midscale und Upper Midscale Marken der IHG betrieben werden. Das erste #Hotelprojekt in Hamburg wurde bereits gesichert. These environmentally conscious hotels, which will feature between 2,000 and 2,500 rooms in total, are scheduled to open over the next five to ten years. This ambitious project is part of NOVUM Hospitality's strategic collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts, with the hotels operating under various midscale and upper midscale IHG brands. Ein weiteres Holiday Inn – the niu Hotel für Hamburg! ⚓  It’s official: Wir haben einen #Mietvertrag für ein weiteres #Hotelprojekt in #Hamburg unterschrieben: Voraussichtlich im Jahr 2027 wird das geplante Hotel mit 128 Zimmern eröffnen und den Namen Holiday Inn – the niu Fen tragen. Es ist die zweite zusätzlich gesicherte #Projektentwicklung, die wir im Zuge unserer langfristigen #Kooperationspartnerschaft mit IHG Hotels & Resorts unter dem kombinierten Markenkonzept Holiday Inn – the niu umsetzen werden. Die Leitung des Baus und die schlüsselfertige Übergabe des neuen Hotels werden vom Hamburger Bauträger bda Projektbau GmbH als Service Developer übernommen. We’ve signed a #leaseagreement for an exciting new #hotelproject in Hamburg. Scheduled to open in 2027, this 128-room hotel will carry the name Holiday Inn – the niu Fen. This marks the second additional project development we secured as part of our long-term collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts, blending the renowned Holiday Inn brand with the vibrant the niu hotel concept. The construction and turnkey delivery of this new hotel will be managed by Hamburg-based property developer bda Projektbau GmbH.
