From strategy to fun - our first Team Meeting 2025 in Munich! ✨ At the first team meeting of the year, we put our heart and soul into developing lots of new ideas for our summer offers and pushing ahead with the implementation of our Strategy 2025. This meeting was all about team cohesion. 🤝 Each team member gave a creative and funny presentation about themselves - including strengths, weaknesses, hobbies, experiences and even their biggest successes and failures. We got to know each other on a whole new level - and laughed a lot! 😍 After an incredibly tasty lunch from our Caterer Stenz on our roof terrace, we enjoyed the sunshine on a walk along the Isar. ☀️ In the evening, we went to Ciao Chang's creative fusion kitchen - fancy, inspiring and simply delicious! It's precisely these special team moments that make us even stronger as a team! What a journey 🚀 For the 4th time, we were able to host the JENEWEIN Leadership Bootcamp in our OutOfOffice Stuttgart. What can we say? The 3 seminar days were packed with positive energy, motivation and practical methods. 🙌 Our Stuttgart loft offered the best of 2 worlds: A presentation area with ample seating, but also colourful creative worlds for breakout sessions. This change of perspective not only brought new drive and fresh ideas, but our OutOfOffice Stuttgart also opened the door to creative development.
