Progiciel de Simulation des Interactions Microbiennes en Fermentation de Jus de Légumes (Projet Personnel) • Sujet de projet de Master 1 en Calcul Scientifique et Modélisation : Modélisation mathématique des interactions microbiennes pendant la fermentation de jus de légumes et développement d’un progiciel de simulation pour piloter ces interactions. • Utilisation d’une approche basée sur les Equations Différentielles Ordinaires (EDO) pour modéliser les dynamiques microbiennes et métaboliques au cours de la fermentation. • Mise en place de méthodes d’estimation de paramètres, y compris des méthodes chaînes de Markov par Monte Carlo (MCMC), pour ajuster le modèle en fonction des données expérimentales. • Développement du progiciel en Python en utilisant des bibliothèques telles que Panel, Param, et hvPlot pour créer une interface interactive permettant de suivre et d’optimiser la fermentation. • Présentation des résultats sous forme de visualisations interactives permettant de comparer les simulations avec les données expérimentales, afin de valider les modèles et d’identifier les leviers d’action pour rétablir les dynamiques souhaitées. • Lien vers le progiciel SimFerMix 2024 développé : https://lnkd.in/eQT-r4Ep Contacts : yaya.toure@unchk.edu.sn | +221 76 593 03 47
