Happy Halloween and spooky season from all of us at PIRATEx! 🎃👻 October always feels like a refresh for our team—a time to refocus after the excitement (and hard work!) of OMClub and shift our sights toward the rest of the year and even some 2025 plans. Here’s a look at our busy October: 🔥 We kept things rolling for our long-time client HRS Group, with Lara leading another successful event. We love the ongoing collaboration and can’t wait to see what’s next. 📸For the third consecutive year, we had the honor of working on the it-sa@home project. Our team handled the design and production of it-sa@home’s live stream channel, transforming a hybrid pop-up studio into an event TV setup that streamed seamlessly from the trade fair. With a mobile camera crew capturing the exhibition’s highlights, every virtual attendee could tune in as if they were there. Thanks to Project Managers Laura and Lara, along with Toumaj, for making it all happen smoothly onsite in Nuremberg! 💼 We wrapped up October with another event for PubliCare, managed by Hannah, and jumped into final preparations for ada Lovelace Festival and the Ukraine-Konferenz der Landesregierung Nordrhein-Westfalen. 💥 We also welcomed Chris to the PIRATEx family as our new project manager— excited to see all the magic he’ll bring! 🎥 And finally, this month saw the release of new videos for PIRATEx Academy, our free event-building video series. We dove into Networking Formats and Hackathons, sharing tips and insights on how to make these elements unforgettable in any event setting. it-sa@home 2024 Nuremberg - Day 2! 🎯 The second day of the leading IT security expo is in full progress! From our team, Lara and Laura are on site coordinating all speaker support and technical support. ✨ On the first day, we successfully organised 15 exciting presentations. While the on-site team ensured perfect conditions for the presentations, the live stream reliably reached all virtual participants. From technical support to personal support for the presenters, everything runs smoothly for us! The atmosphere is great - the team is harmonising perfectly.
