Mit den „All-In-Light“-Lasern bietet Precitec eine einzigartige und smarte Lösung für die komplette optische Kette – vom Laser über die Laserlichtfaser bis hin zum Schneidkopf. Sie macht die im industriellen Umfeld seit vielen Jahren bewährte und geschätzte Scheibenlasertechnologie für Hersteller von Flachbett- und Rohrschneidemaschinen weltweit verfügbar. Neue Technologien werden es OEM-Kunden ermöglichen, die Schnittgeschwindigkeit und -qualität zu erhöhen. Für das Laserschweißen bietet Precitec Bearbeitungsköpfe und automatisierte Qualitätskontrollsysteme als integrierte Pakete an. Hochauflösende Kameras erfassen vor dem Schweißprozess die Position und Geometrie der Fügestelle, indem sie mittels Triangulationsprinzip und Grauwertanalyse den Schweißkopf punktgenau bewegen. In-Prozess-Sensoren und Kameras geben dann Auskunft über die Stabilität des Schweißprozesses und eventuelle Schweißfehler. Postprozesskameras vermessen die Geometrie und die Oberfläche der Naht. Precitec-Kunden werden rund um die Uhr und weltweit umfassend betreut. Geschulte Precitec-Servicemitarbeiter sind an 12 Standorten in Asien, Europa und Nordamerika stationiert und bereit, OEM-Partner und deren Endkunden zu unterstützen.
