We’re thrilled to share the amazing design of our headquarters in Gilching, done by the talented team at METZLER VATER! They’ve transformed our workspace into a blend of style and functionality, creating inviting and practical areas for both employees and visitors. A huge thank you to METZLER VATER for their creativity and dedication.
Wir hatten die spannende Aufgabe, die Büroräumlichkeiten von Quantum Systems am Hauptsitz in Gilching neu zu gestalten. Das Ziel war es, repräsentative und funktionale Bereiche zu schaffen, die sowohl den praktischen Anforderungen gerecht werden als auch ein stilvolles und einladendes Ambiente vermitteln. Die Umgestaltung umfasste den Empfangsbereich, der durch einen modernen und repräsentativen Counter eine professionelle Willkommensatmosphäre bietet. Zudem wurde eine Lounge eingerichtet, die den Mitarbeitern und Gästen Raum für entspannte Gespräche und kurze Pausen bietet. Eine weitere Neuerung ist die HR-Wartezone, die Besucher in einem angenehmen und gut gestalteten Umfeld empfängt. Schließlich haben wir auch den Präsentationsbereich optimiert, der nun in einem modernen Design Meetings und Vorführungen ideal unterstützt. Auf einer Fläche von bis zu 250 qm haben wir eine Arbeitsumgebung geschaffen, die Funktionalität und Design vereint. Die neuen Räume sind nicht nur optisch ansprechend, sondern auch praktisch auf die Bedürfnisse der täglichen Arbeit und Besucherbetreuung abgestimmt. Der Fokus lag darauf, die repräsentativen Bereiche geschickt in die bestehenden Büroräume zu integrieren und gleichzeitig eine stilvolle Erweiterung zu schaffen. Besonders stolz sind wir darauf, dass dieses Konzept als CI-Vorlage für die Büros von Quantum Systems weltweit dient. Wir dürfen bereits an weiteren Standorten daran weiterarbeiten, um ein einheitliches und ansprechendes Büroerlebnis für Mitarbeiter und Besucher zu gewährleisten. Unser Dank gilt Quantum Systems für das Vertrauen in unser Team und die großartige Zusammenarbeit bei diesem spannenden Projekt! Ein besonderer Dank gilt Marlene Oberpaul, die als Project Managerin von Quantum Systems die Projektleitung übernommen hat, sowie Goran Miletic für die Creative und Art Direction des gesamten Projekts. Außerdem möchten wir unseren Technikpartner WBLT GmbH & Co. KG hervorheben, der uns maßgeblich bei der technischen Umsetzung unterstützt hat.
