Primus Line® technology is used for the trenchless rehabilitation of pressurised pipelines and freely layable pipelines.
Info
The idea for an innovative product was born over 25 years ago. Today, Primus Line® is used worldwide as a safe, reliable and sustainable solution. It is used in the trenchless rehabilitation of pressurised pipelines (Primus Line® Rehab) and in the construction of freely layable pipelines (Primus Line® Overland Piping). The core of the Primus Line® technology is a flexible pipe consisting of a fabric-reinforced liner and specially developed connectors. Suitable for the transport of water, oil and gas, it has the necessary approvals from many countries around the world and meets the highest standards for use in the drinking water sector. Primus Line® technology is both strong and flexible. This is ensured by the multi-layer construction of the liner and the specially developed, leak-proof connectors. The Primus Line pipe has a three-layer structure. The inner layer is adapted to the respective medium to be transported and is made of polyethylene (PE) or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with high chemical, abrasion and corrosion resistance. The middle layer consists of a seamless woven Kevlar® fabric. It accommodates the operating pressure by itself and is up to 10 times stronger than steel of the same weight. The outer layer of polyethylene (PE) or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) protects the fabric from UV light and abrasion during installation and operation. Impressum: www.primusline.de/impressum

💦 World Water Day 2025 💦 The theme of this year’s World Water Day is “Glacier Preservation”, because glaciers are vital: their meltwater feeds our drinking water reservoirs, among other things. For more than 20 years, it has been our goal to contribute to the protection and conservation of this valuable resource with our trenchless technology: ☑️ Low impact nature and the environment ☑️ Reduction of the (carbon) footprint on site ☑️ Extension of the pipeline service life by more than 50 years #WorldWaterDay 🎬 pixabay.com | 159627-819346937

Where would we be without our partners? 🤝 They are an essential part of our success. So from time to time we take the opportunity to say “thank you”. The latest occasion was the WWETT Show in Indianapolis. We presented awards 🏆 to our US installation partners Advantage Reline and Insituform Technologies for exceptional pipeline rehabilitation projects using Primus Line. Thank you for your commitment!
Celebrating Innovation and Expertise at WWETT 2025 🇺🇲 This week, we had the pleasure of attending the WWETT Show in Indianapolis alongside our valued distribution partner, MTC, an Azuria company. It was an excellent opportunity to connect, collaborate, and recognize outstanding achievements in pipeline rehabilitation. At our Partner Appreciation Dinner at Indy Skyline, we had the honor of presenting two awards to industry leaders pushing the boundaries of pressure pipeline rehabilitation: 🏆 David Asay (Advantage Reline) – Recognized for the meticulous execution of the first Primus Line high-pressure pipe installation in North America. This 12-inch water main project involved multiple bends, high pressure, and railway infrastructure crossings—an impressive feat of engineering and precision. 🏆 Mark Hairston (InsituForm Technologies) – Acknowledged for driving innovation within his organization and taking significant strides in the introduction of pressure pipeline rehabilitation. Congratulations to both awardees and a big thank you to our partners for their continued trust and expertise. Exciting times ahead for the future of pressure pipe solutions! #WWETT2025 #PipelineRehabilitation #Innovation #PressurePipes #Infrastructure
