GET TO KNOW 🙋♂️ Wir freuen uns, Euch heute Mike Kohl, Teamleiter Werkzeugkonstruktion & Werkzeugbau bei rose plastic, vorstellen zu dürfen. Im Post erfahrt ihr mehr über seinen bisherigen Karriereweg. „Wenn ich auf meinen bisherigen Weg bei rose plastic zurückblicke, wird eins klar: Langweilig war das definitiv nicht! Los ging’s 2011 mit meiner Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker im Werkzeugbau. Doch ich wollte mehr, also habe ich 2015 in die Werkzeugkonstruktion gewechselt und mich vier Jahre lang zum Maschinenbautechniker weitergebildet. 2020 kam dann der nächste Schritt: Ich übernahm die Teamleitung in der Werkzeugkonstruktion und legte noch eine Weiterbildung zum technischen Betriebswirt drauf. Jetzt bin ich global für den Werkzeugherstellungsprozess verantwortlich, und seit 2024 leite ich auch unser Werkzeugbau-Team. Was mir an meiner Arbeit besonders gefällt? Zum einen die Vielfalt: Kein Tag ist wie der andere, vor allem durch die spannenden Projekte mit unseren Niederlassungen auf der ganzen Welt. Zum anderen meine Rolle als Teamleiter. Es macht mir Spaß, meine Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zu führen, sie zu motivieren und gemeinsam unsere Ziele zu erreichen. Wenn ich rose plastic mit nur einem Wort beschreiben müsste, wäre es „gemeinschaftlich“. GET TO KNOW 🙋 Wir freuen uns, Euch heute Sandra Vogler, Key Account Managerin bei rose plastic vorzustellen zu dürfen. Im Post erfahrt ihr mehr über ihre Karriere und ihren Arbeitsalltag im Vertrieb. „Eigentlich bin ich schon seit 2003 bei rose plastic. Oder vielleicht auch erst seit 2019, je nachdem, wie man es sieht. Aber ehrlich gesagt, war ich gefühlt schon immer „indirekt“ dabei, schließlich arbeiten auch meine Eltern bei rose plastic. Meine Karriere bei rose plastic begann mit Ferienjobs in der Sortiererei von 2003 bis 2014. Seit 2019 gehöre ich offiziell zum rose plastic Vertriebsteam am Hauptstandort in Hergensweiler bei Lindau. Dort habe ich als Assistentin im Key Account Management angefangen, und seit September 2022 bin ich als Key Account Managerin für einige unserer Großkunden verantwortlich. Mein Job? Da ist kein Tag wie der andere. Anfragen bearbeiten, Angebote erstellen und Kundenprojekte gemeinsam mit dem Projektmanagement zum Erfolg führen – das ist mein Alltag. Auch Preisverhandlungen gehören zu meinen Aufgaben. Und wenn ich mal nicht am Schreibtisch sitze, bin ich bei Kundenbesuchen oder auf Messen unterwegs. Langweilig wird es hier nie. Was mir an meiner Arbeit bei rose plastic besonders gut gefällt, ist die Vielfalt der Aufgaben, der direkte Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und die Nähe zum Markt. Was für mich natürlich ganz wichtig ist: Familie und Beruf lassen sich hier perfekt unter einen Hut bringen. Und hier noch mein Geheimtipp für alle neuen Kolleginnen und Kollegen: Wenn es in der Kantine Rindersteak, Cordon Bleu oder Ente gibt, heißt es schnell sein und vorbestellen – die Nachfrage ist groß!“ Du willst auch Teil der #roseFamilie werden?
