Our very first pellet #mill is celebrating its 50th anniversary in #Hamburg this year. It has been producing various types of animal #feed since 1974. In the years that followed, many more #presses were installed in Germany and then worldwide. Even though the #technology of the successor models has evolved considerably, today's new #machines still bear a resemblance to the original model. #feedstuff #pellet #machinery

One year ago today, our production facility in Salzhausen was completely destroyed by a fire. Now, one year later, the new 1600 m² hall in Gödenstorf is already in place. Currently, work is underway on the foundations for the large #drilling machines and #turning centers, in addition to the floors, before proceeding with the heating and #electrical installation. In the following weeks and months, the state-of-the-art #machinery will be moved into the #production facility.

Since the mid-1990s, we have built over 150 #pellet mills for waste #recycling in Japan. Together with our partner MIIKE, those #machines have been installed all over the country, in major #waste management plants as well as in small recycling facilities. MIIKE’s extensive knowledge in plant #engineering and #material handling paired with SALMATEC’s #pelleting expertise have enabled us to actively shape the Japanese recycling #industry for almost 30 years. Wir bauen aktuell eine #hochmoderne Matrizenproduktion an unserem Standort Gödenstorf (südlich von Hamburg) auf. In den kommenden Wochen wird die Halle aufgestellt, darin werden im Laufe des Jahres auf 1600 m² eine Vielzahl an #Drehzentren und #Bohrautomaten Platz finden, größtenteils Baujahr 2023 und 2024. Für die #Instandhaltung dieser #Anlagen sowie der bestehenden #Maschinen- und #Gebäudetechnik suchen wir einen #Elektromeister (m/w/d) oder #Elektrotechniker (m/w/d). Die Position bietet neben #flexiblen Arbeitszeiten außerdem die #Führungsverantwortung über ein dreiköpfiges Team von #Elektrikern und #Mechatronikern.
