We are hugely excited by this latest update from our project in Calderara di Reno, Bologna, Italy. A wonderful example of strong collaboration with local authorities and our team’s commitment to developing in an environmentally and socially responsible way. At a ceremony officiated by Calderara di Reno’s Mayor Giampiero Falzone on Thursday, we broke ground on a new socio-cultural centre for the community.   Situated within new public parkland at our development on the site of the former Bonfiglioli factory in Bologna, this multifunctional facility will feature an auditorium, a cultural centre, and a social recreational hub, to greatly improve the local community’s resources.   We extend our gratitude to the Mayor and the Municipal Administration for their continued collaboration towards a common vision, which has enabled the development of both a significant logistics hub and valuable community facilities.

Once again, Bob Scannell was recognized by IBJ Media as one of Indiana's 250 most influential business leaders in Real Estate, Retail and Construction. Congratulations, Bob!

In May, we delivered this 249,600 SF fully leased facility to Life Science Logistics, the first in our master-planned Durham 85 Industrial Park. Last month, we broke ground on a second 249,600 SF building in the park. The spec project should be completed in spring 2025.

News this week of our plans to develop a 500,000 sq ft project in Tunbridge Wells, UK with Royal London Asset Management .   Having identified and secured this opportunity, we have worked closely with the local authority to design the optimal concept including a change of use for the site from offices to a much-needed industrial and logistics scheme.   The park and its units will offer modern, flexible space and will target some of the highest sustainability certifications, with BREEAM Official Outstanding and an EPC A+ rating.   Thanks to all involved in the project so far, including JLL UK, SMR (UK) Ltd, I&L Consulting , Lichfields UK, LYSANDER ASSOCIATES LIMITED, Stantec, Cudd Bentley Consulting Ltd, HED, RPS and Assent Building Control Ltd. We look forward to delivering the project and managing the leasing process on behalf of Royal London Asset Management .     More details coming soon.   #Warehouses #LogisticsProperty #GreenLogistics #UKLogistics
