✨ Exciting News! ✨ We at SCIPRIOS are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest groundbreaking innovation project! 🎉 In collaboration with i-MEET (Institute of Materials for Energy Technologies and Electronics), the Solar Factory at Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, and acp systems AG, we’ve developed a fully-automated cleaning solution for the production of printed photovoltaic modules. This project, supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWi), introduces cutting-edge CO2 Snow-jet technology to remove conductive burrs from the laser structuring process of the front electrode. Our software engineer, Yathrath Thakker, will demonstrate our SpinBot, a fully automated, customizable spin-coating robot. I am happy to announce that our paper about the development of our new OPV world record module has recently been published by Joule. https://lnkd.in/gDgvAh5H "This work presents cutting-edge upscaling research on OPVs that aims at closing the efficiency gap between high-performance cells and modules. Utilizing computer simulations, the layout and manufacturing process of large-area OPV modules is optimized. Through this, a new certified world record efficiency for OPV modules of 14.5% is achieved and demonstrated."
