Job Description ▪   Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials. ▪   Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with customer acquisition and retention goals. ▪   Create and execute marketing campaigns that target new customer acquisition and retention efforts. ▪   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated seamlessly across channels. ▪   Utilize data and analytics to identify customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. ▪   Develop personalized content and offers to enhance customer engagement and retention. ▪   Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all marketing materials. ▪   Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand integrity and convey a cohesive brand image. ▪   Develop and execute social media strategies to acquire new customers and engage existing ones. ▪   Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and foster positive online interactions. ▪   Plan and execute email campaigns to acquire new customers and nurture relationships with existing ones. ▪   Implement segmentation and automation strategies to maximize the effectiveness of email communications. ▪   Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies. An ideal candidate should be 1. Fluent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.  2. Incumbent must be marketing expert, ability to articulate the strategy in to sales.  3. Incumbent must possess the skills of real time captivating marketing trends of the products.  4. Incumbent must have broadcasting experience, sound understanding of media laws and regulations.  5. Incumbent must be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as and when required. 6. SHOPLC SORGT FÜR NACHHALTIGKEIT - RHINE CLEAN UP DAY An einem sonnigen Sonntag, den 08.10. um 10:30 Uhr haben wir uns an der Bushaltestelle "An der Apfelweide" versammelt, um gemeinsam unseren 1. Firmen Rhine Clean Up Day gemeinsam umzusetzen. Der liebe, engagierte Christian hat uns als Firmen Cleanup Manager vor dem Start ausführlich in die einzelnen Mülltrennungsaufgaben eingewiesen. Wir haben fleißig ca. 2 Stunden Kronkorken, zerbrochenes Glas und jede Menge Plastik sowie Zigarettenkippen aufgesammelt und in verschiedenen Recycling-Abfallsäcken und Eimern getrennt. Wir danken der Organisation Rhine Clean Up für die rasche Unterstützung bei dieser wertvollen, sinnstiftenden Aktion und sprechen hiermit großes Lob an all diejenigen aus, welche an diesem Tag dazu beigetragen haben, unsere Umwelt sauber zu halten!
