Our CSR report 2023 is now available 📊 We are pleased to announce that Silver Atena’s CSR Report 2023, detailing our sustainability progress over the last year, is now available on our website. This report highlights our continuous efforts in CO2 reduction, the circular economy, and corporate social responsibility - pillars that remain central to our strategy even in the face of global challenges. Key achievements from 2023 include: ▪️ 89% of our revenue was generated from sustainable projects ▪️ Successful launch of fuel cell components, reinforcing our leadership in hydrogen technology ▪️ Awards for our DC Charging - iONiX, our sustainability strategy, and recognition for employee engagement with the Corporate Health Award  ▪️ Expansion of our production facilities with a new site in Karlsfeld and a new office in Augsburg We continue to invest in sustainable technologies and our talented workforce, ensuring that our growth aligns with our environmental and societal values. 🌱 Reducing our carbon footprint: progress and challenges Since 2019, we at Silver Atena have been monitoring our corporate carbon footprint in line with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and ISO 14064 standards. We are pleased to share that we have achieved a 14% reduction in total emissions from 2019 to 2023, even as our workforce has grown by 41% during this period. Some key reductions include: ▪️ Business travel emissions reduced by 69% due to increased use of online meetings. ▪️ Fleet emissions down by 15% as we introduced more electric and hybrid vehicles. ▪️ Employee commute emissions decreased by 14%, supported by greater flexibility through remote working. These results are an important step towards our goal of environmental responsibility, even as we grow and expand.
