Having reached an important milestone today, we are proud to unveil a one-pager fact sheet on the SimParQ CPMS products: DynamicParking and ParQnCharge. With this functionality, SimParQ is a true first mover globally. We use messenger communication with our parking clients while monitoring and managing operations at each individual parking spot (lot). We categorize this as a "Spot Parking System," meaning we know exactly where the car is parked within the parking area. In contrast, all other state-of-the-art systems manage only the "Flow Paradigm," where they can monitor a car's entry and exit but never know its exact parking location within their parking premises. For the parking customer, this greatly enhances user convenience - e.g. eliminating the need to download different parking apps for various operators as one advantage. But also "Find Your Car" convenience is inherent and many other features like "Late Payment" are part of the basic functionality without extra cost. An important business advantage for parking operators: it reduces CAPEX by more than 75% and OPEX by more than 90% compared to state-of-the-art systems. The system can also be utilized by private "landlords" in neighborhood parking ("Quartiere"), who wish to share their parking or charging facilities with the public during their absence - similar to "Airbnb" for parking/charging. Barrier systems without cameras at the entry and exit are completely unsuitable for areas with diverse parking interests, such as neighborhood residents, as they impose a single parking fee for all spaces. Naturally, the SimParQ solution is perfectly suited for employee parking and charging in corporate environments, offering seamless integration and convenience for both employees and facility managers.
