It keeps you on top of your professional game, while preventing exhaustion and burnout! 🙌 Named after the tomato-shaped timer used by its creator, Francesco Cirillo, the Pomodoro technique is a simple yet powerful tool to enhance your work performance and most importantly, your wellbeing. 💆 Here’s a quick guide on how it works: 1️⃣ Choose a Task: Select a task you want to work on. Should you be working on a large project, divide it into several mini tasks to be tackled separately. 📝 2️⃣ Set a Timer: Set your timer for 25 minutes and focus solely on your task. If you find that a different time interval works better for you, go with that! It's all about working smarter, not harder. ⏲️ 3️⃣ Get Down to Business: Work until the timer rings and focus only on the task you assigned yourself for that first interval.  🙇 4️⃣ Take a Short Break: Rest for 5 minutes.
