Founded in 2018 by Jonas Muff, CEO, and Stefan Bunk, CTO, this Berlin-based startup with offices in India, is a rising star in the healthcare tech scene and their AI-powered breast cancer detection platform, is revolutionizing the healthcare industry. By streamlining screening processes and improving detection rates, Vara is making a substantial impact on women's health - since it's cutting-edge AI technology: ✅ is integrated into Germany's National Breast Cancer Screening Program ✅ supports 40% of the country's screening centers ✅ is the only AI system deployed at scale in the program ✅ benefits over 80,000 women monthly and ✅ reduces false positives.
