Yesterday, the German MLA hosted an event on Yachts in the offices of Skuld Germany GmbH, which attracted quite a number of participants, with Klaus Ramming speaking on the application of maritime law principles on yachts, Fabrice Henrici on the relevant safety and manning regulations, and Andrea Grammes on flag and registration aspects, with Stefan Zucker delivering a highly interesting practitioner's view on safety issues and a forceful plea in favour of a German Yacht Code. The German MLA sincerely thanks all speakers for their presentations, and Skuld Germany GmbH and Jens Michael Priess for having us.
