The device can be used for high-output screening and is specially designed for use with the myrPlates.   👉 3D tissue models obtained with the myriamed technology based on iPS cells are significantly closer to humans than many animal models and, with the myrIamger, provide comprehensive insights into the functionality and regenerative capacity of muscle cells.   The combination of artificial tissues, myrPlates and the myrImager allows for the first time a simple and reproducible use of artificial heart tissues in pharmacological and toxicological screens.   The platform of myrImager, the myrPlates and the myriamed fabric structures offers simple and safe use for the customers.     A scratch assay, also referred to as a wound healing assay, is a laboratory method used to examine cell migration and wound healing in cell cultures. This technique involves creating a “scratch” or wound in a cell monolayer. Typically with a pipette tip or a specialized tool. And then manually observing the closure of the scratch over time followed by time-consuming single image evaluation. This assay can reveal factors that affect cell migration, • such as signaling pathways, • growth factors, • or components of the extracellular matrix. It is a valuable tool in cell biology and drug discovery.
