With Sysbohr’s RC tool conversion kits, any drill rig, equipped for Kelly drilling, or conventional drilling, can be easily converted to RC drilling economically and quickly. Drill rig utilisation is increased, putting a new drilling methodology into the field with an existing drill fleet, at a fraction of the cost of aquiring a dedicated new machine. 10 days to Bauma 2025! Sysbohr celebrated 15 years of doing business at Bauma 2019. Here Sysbohr also introduced a directional jet-grouting system with alignment control of drill rods using integrated microchips. The system also makes it possible to accurately measure the diameters of jetted columns (as well as overlap) at any depth below ground level. Efficiency, adaptability to the most varied of ground conditions, including unstable ground, as well as minimal environmental impact make RC drilling a preferred option in foundation works, site investigations, and urban construction projects where environmental impact is crucial, and must be kept to a bare minimum. Wir als Sysbohr entwickeln und produzieren auch Rohrgreifer für Einfach- und Duplexgestänge. Zudem sind optional auch Bohrrohrgestelle für die sichere Lagerung der Rohre während der Bohrarbeiten von uns erhältlich. Durch die Kombination des Einsatzes von dem Rohrgreifer und dem Bohrrohrgestelle bei einem Projekt können Bohrungen sicher und effizient mit einem 2 köpfigen Team durchgeführt werden, wodurch Personal für andere Aufgaben frei wird. Der Sysbohr Rohrgreifer ist so konzipiert, dass er die Rohre und die Verbinder nur an einem Ende greift. Dadurch wird das ab- und verschrauben beschleunigt. Je nach dem Wunsch und Bedarf unseres Kunden ist eine 2- oder 3-fach hydraulische Klemmvorrichtung lieferbar. Da es sich um den kompaktesten seiner Klasse handelt, kann der Rohrgreifer auf einem Minibagger mit einem Dienstgewicht von 5 – 7 t montiert werden für Rohre von D 63,5 mm bis D 250 mm. Größere Durchmesser können gerne angefragt werden. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem kompakten, robusten Rohrgreifer ohne großen Schnickschnack sind und das auch noch zu einem fairen Preis, dann wenden Sie sich gerne an uns und lassen Sie sich von uns beraten. Sysbohr, ihr Projekt, unser Bohrzubehör Sysbohr also designs and manufactures casing and rod manipulators for single and double casing (overburden) drilling systems. Optional custom-made rod /casing racks for the safe storage of rods and casings during drilling operations, can also be sourced from Sysbohr. By combining the use of manipulator and rod rack on a project, drilling can be performed safely and efficiently with a 2 person crew, freeing up personnel for other tasks around the job-site. Designed to grab the rods and casings at one end ONLY, the Sysbohr manipulator makes manipulation and coupling / uncoupling procedures easier and quicker. A 2- or 3-prong version can be supplied, depending on customer preference and needs. Being the most compact in its class, the manipulator can be mounted on a 5 - 7 tonne (12000 lbs - 15000 lbs) mini-excavator and handle casing diameters from 63,5mm (2-1/2“) to 250mm (approx. 10“). Das Bohrsystem D 406,4 mm ist mit dem größten Preventer D 440 aus dem Sortiment von Sysbohr ausgestattet . Entwickelt für den Einsatz der Größe D 323,9 mm bis D 508 mm mit einer Rückzugskraft von über 60 t und einem Drehmoment von 110 kNm. Dieser ,,Big Boy‘‘ hat ein Gewicht von 500 kg und wird von einem unserer geschätzten Kunden in der Schweiz eingesetzt. Sysbohr war diese Woche mit seinem Know How vor Ort um zu unterstützen. Wir entwickeln und fertigen also nicht nur maßgeschneiderte Bohrlösungen in unserem Haus, sondern unterstützen unsere Kunden, während des Einsatzes, auch vor Ort bei Ihren Projekten. This “big boy“ that weighs in at an impressive 500 kg (over 1100 lbs) is being used by one of our esteemed customers in Sierre, Switzerland.
