Welcoming Erasmus students to SYSTEMA! 🌍 In October, we had the pleasure of hosting eight Polish students as part of the Erasmus program! 🎉 During their two-week internship, they gained insights into our working world, got to know our team and worked on impressive projects, such as the development of a telephone directory prototype and a website for their Erasmus project. 💻 A big thank you to Johannes Postel and Axel Wogowa, who have been driving educational initiatives for young talents for a number of years now. 🎉 Welcome Aboard, Anastasia Lykhtar! 🎉 We are excited to welcome #AnastasiaLykhtar to our team! 🌟 She completed her Master’s program in "Distributed Systems Engineering." and heard about SYSTEMA over our scholarship program in the last months of her university time. Anastasia is currently working on an Infineon project and enjoys the smaller size of our company, which contrasts with her previous experience in a larger organization where colleagues didn’t know each other well. Here, she values the close-knit team and is excited to improve her German language skills with her German-speaking colleagues. 🗣️🤗 Outside of work, Anastasia has a variety of hobbies including playing guitar 🎸, crocheting 🧶, and traveling 🌍. SYSTEMA: Contributing Locally with Swim Camp Support 🏊♂️ This year we partnered with the 107. Oberschule in Dresden to support a swimming camp for their 6th graders. Over the course of three days, the kids learned how to swim and some important water safety skills. 🌊 At SYSTEMA, we believe in taking small steps to make a positive impact whenever we can.
