As a Social Leader, you can do the same. Make your people love what they do and want to follow you. Social Leaders appreciate that their leadership is only valuable if the people under their supervision succeed. Social Leadership – → enables their people to work in a way that motivates them → gives them the tools and support they need to succeed → ensures they are treated with respect so they want to work for them again! Being transparent (sharing strategy, purpose, goals) to build trust, will make your team powerful, supportive and authentic. If they succeed, then you succeed.
