It was inspiring to meet so many dedicated talents and talk about their career goals. 🤝 Yesterday, we were also at the Hochschule Offenburg career fair, where we had exciting conversations with students and were able to provide insights into our company. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐞 💡🎓 On October 8, 2024, an exciting career orientation day took place for the pupils of the Erich-Kästner-Realschule Blankenloch. The pupils were given valuable insights into the apprenticeships “Electronics technician for devices & systems” and “Warehouse logistics specialist”. After an informative presentation by Avnet Embedded GmbH and inspiring presentations by trainees, the students were able to get interactive and light up LEDs on a plug-in board themselves. 💡 After a refreshing break, we guided the students through our high-tech production and logistics, giving them a look behind the scenes. They went home with many new impressions and a great deal of enthusiasm. Many thanks to everyone who made this day possible! 🙌

133 Jahre voller Logistik-Kompetenz Seit 25 oder sogar schon 30 Jahren dabei: Diese Jubiläen sind jedes Mal besonders, so wie unsere Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir sie feiern. Gleich 5 Führungskräfte aus der Logistik hatten wir in den vergangenen 2 Jahren. Abwechslungsreiche, erfolgreiche Arbeit, die Herausforderungen mit Spaß kombiniert: Man nehme eine große Portion Intralogistik, füge viel Distributionslogistik hinzu und gebe noch etwas Transportlogistik bei. Nun mische man eine gute Prise Zoll & Außenwirtschaft hinzu und anschließend vermenge man das Ganze unter Zugabe von Logistik Management zu einer homogenen Masse- Et voilà: fertig sind 5 Mitarbeiter, die gemeinsam mit über 133 Jahren an geballter Kompetenz & Erfahrung unser Team bereichern. After a warm welcome, exciting insights into production and logistics and team-building activities, they are now well prepared for their professional journey. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐞!🔧🎓 Last month, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from the Balthasar Neumann School to Stutensee. The day began with a warm welcome and a short round of introductions. Our trainees presented the apprenticeships of electronics technician for devices and systems (EGS) and warehouse logistics specialist and shared their positive experiences: excellent technical training, a great working atmosphere and always open trainers and contact persons. One highlight was the interactive session in which the students assembled a plug-in board and eagerly checked whether the LEDs lit up. They were also able to experience at first hand how the smallest components are soldered onto boards using a high-tech pick-and-place machine during a tour of our production facility. They also explored our warehouse with its high-bay warehouse and various trolleys. At the end of the day, everyone went home enthusiastic and with many new impressions.
