"The slowing global economy and geopolitical uncertainties led to a significant reluctance to make new investments among customers on all continents in the past fiscal year. We can now support our fully automatic laser machines remotely! At FABTECH Expo, we will be presenting a remote solution for the USA that can be used to increase the availability of the machines during the night shift there 🚀 🔧 Current challenges of our customers: - Lost production time and reduced overall efficiency - Few qualified employees for the night shift - Late detection of machine downtimes - Increasing complexity of machines 💡 Our solution: - More than 50% of machine downtimes can be resolved remotely - Average processing time of a remotely solved standstill: less then 15 minutes - Additional production time during the night without anyone being on site 🌍 Future outlook: - Planned equipment of all automated TRUMPF machines - Potential for further service models With this innovation, we offer our customers significant added value.
