💡 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐘 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 - 𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞. One of the major challenges of 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐬 (𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐬) 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 i.e. produce a convincing answer even in cases where data training has not been done thoroughly! 🆕 There are promising new techniques to reduce and eliminate hallucination, and the most promising is called 𝐑𝐀𝐆 (𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥-𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧). ➡ The best way to think of it is that 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧. ➡ It knows how knowledge is organised and tells you where to find relevant books on a given subject. Technically, this means 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞-𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐋𝐌. The TUM Venture Lab Software/AI with Antoine Leboyer, appliedAI Initiative GmbH and Israel's Sefaria have worked together to create a large-scale language model to capture all the texts of Jewish literature for Torah study. 💡 It is an excellent demonstration of how AI can be used in a reliable, trustworthy and accurate way!
