VICTORIAPARTNERS GmbH invited selected students from Arbeitskreis Börse (AKB) - Studenten der Universität Mannheim e.V. of University of Mannheim to spend a day at the VP offices in Frankfurt. Following an introduction to VP and a walk-through of exemplary M&A transactions and deal situations our team has advised on, students formed working groups to perform a DCF valuation case study. Each working group then presented their analysis and results to the VP team. After the formal debriefing, students and bankers concluded an insightful day with a joint dinner. VP is particularly pleased about having been represented by, amongst others, former University of Mannheim students and interns who hosted the workshop. We believe this highlights our long-standing partnership with AKB as well as our strong commitment to promoting ambitious students. Das macht bei uns die Preisfindung schwieriger (Mark to Market). - In der Branche hat in den vergangenen zehn Jahren fast alles funktioniert.
